The Character Project is the debut ongoing weekly class for Peter Blackburn Studio LA.
Peter is beyond thrilled to bring his process-driven approach to character creation and scene work.

Peter is a theatre-maker, film director and educator with an undergraduate in Film and Literature from UNSW, and postgrads in teaching and a Masters of Directing from the Victorian College of the Arts (Melbourne University). He is a dedicated acting teacher with experience at many of Australia’s leading actor-training institutions, including the VCA (Melbourne University), NIDA, the National Theatre Drama School and 16th Street Actors Studio. Peter has relocated to the United States after first working in Los Angeles in 2014, assistant directing alongside renowned acting coach Larry Moss.
